Started at the CKO when I was 14 and it has now been 20+ brilliant years. Now my son has started also. It is just so good!

I love the club to bits and all the people. I love the way the it brings health and happiness in the most supportive and cheeerful way possible. Over the years I have seen many students enjoy good health and fitness.

Helping beginners and seeing them enjoy the learning and achieving personal goals is so satrisfying to me. If you decide to join there is a good chance I will be helping you!

Peter Hoare

Former Colonel in the marines. I have always been fascinated in martial arts especially Kung Fu.

After my career in the army I jumped in with both feet in Kung Fu with Sifu Tong and when when I achieved my Black Sash it was one of my best personal achievements. It was very much a dream come true. I was so emotionally joyous!

Being an instructor at the CKO gives me so much joy and satisfaction. I see people improve consistently, acquiring self defence skills and enjoy a deep satisfaction. Come and feel it for yourself!

Sifu Steve Cross

First started Martial arts with Aikido after being shown some moves from a friend from that moment I was hooked and trained Aikido and Aiki Jitsu and Ju Jitsu for a good few years.

For me things really changed when I was introduced to Wing Chun Kung Fu under Master Tong and from early on I could see that this was the art for me, it's speed, directness and theory's really grabbed me.

A couple of years later I dropped my former arts to concentrate solely on Wing Chun and have loved the journey, now 20 years on training with Master Tong I have made many friends and run a fantastic club in Frodsham and still under the Chinese Kung Fu Association umbrella.
